As an American with compromised identity and an insurance policy held by someone else, I want fewer “accidents” to happen to me, and fewer “third-party” lawsuits. Less Credit Card and Social Security Number theft, too! I would be a millionaire if I was actually benefitted by the lawsuits that have been fought in my name by “Guardians”.
Maybe it has something to do with the sitting President of the country being a lawyer who looks at the insurance, credit card, and healthcare markets as a means to sue for money, instead of as a means to derive personal utility.
